Pre-Departure

Hey Everyone!

I am sitting here with only a week before I am on a plane to London. For all of you that don't know I am going to London, England to study and intern abroad for 8 weeks. I will be taking two classes which is considered part time, and I will also be working part time. My internship will be at Pro Capital LTD, which is a financial firm that deals with pretty much anything that has to do with finance. I am excited and hope to have a great experience interning as well as my experience abroad.

I am feeling excited, but I will be honest and say that I am nervous at the same time. There are many adventures that await me, and I am looking forward to what God has in store for me while I am over there. For someone who really only ever travels to the North East, this is a huge step, far outside of my comfort zone. I am willing and open for new adventures, to meet new people, take in different cultures and see amazing sights.

I do have a list, a list of what I want to do and where I want to go while I am over there. I won't go through the whole list because it will take too long, but as for where I want to go...Rome Italy, Barcelona Spain, Paris France, and so many more but those are my top three. Of course I want to see the main tourist attractions, but I also want to take in what isn't "touristy". I really don't know what to expect, and I'm not sure it has even sunk in that I am leaving yet. I do know that I will miss my friends, family, and my boyfriend a lot, but this will be a growing experience and I know that I will come out of this a stronger person.

Keep an eye out for my next post!
Goodnight.
